4. Post the advertisement on the Seek.com.au jobs board and the agedcarerecruitment.com free jobs board. $230.00 |
| 5. Peruse the returned résumés and select 10 that best fit the advertised criteria. These will be forwarded to the employer and, subject to approval we will contact these candidates applying for aged care jobs, either by email or live chat to organise their online assessment. $250.00 |
6. Administration of the online questionnaire to the 10 approved candidates to statistically analyse and report on their fit with the performance criteria. $1200.00 |
7. Write reports outlining the specific performance profile of the 3 candidates who best fit the performance criteria of the advertised position. $720.00 |
8. Conduct online interviews with the 3 shortlisted candidates to probe their technical competency, motivation level and teamwork skills. $360.00 |
| 9. Conduct reference and probity checks to determine the authenticity of these candidates. $150 |
10. Participate in the final online selection meeting in consultation with the hiring organisation. $360 |
